Enforceable and credible document as ground for rendering of decision on execution

Provisions of the Law on Enforcement and Security Interest regulate the procedure in which courts and public enforcement officers conduct the compulsory collection of enforceable creditors’ claims based on enforceable and credible documents(enforcement proceedings), the procedure for putting a lien on claims and the status of public enforcement officers.

Enforcement proceedings and security interest proceedings are initiated by a judgment creditor filing a motion for the enforcement based on enforceable or credible document or a motion for security interest, or ex officio only when so provided for by the law.

Liability for damage of enterprises and other legal persons to third party

Liability for damage of enterprises and other legal persons to third party shall be regulated by the provisions of articles from 170 to 172 of The Law of Contract and Torts.

Liability for damage of enterprises caused by an employee while working or in relation to work, to a third person and liability of a legal person for injury caused by its body shall be regulated by the provisions of The Law of Contract and Torts.

Liability for damage caused by an employee while working or in relation to work to the enterprise where it works as well as liability for damage suffered by employee while working or in relation to work is governed by regulations in the field of labor law. Types of work permits and conditions for issuing them in the Republic of Serbia

The Employment of Foreign citizens in the Republic of Serbia is regulated by the Foreign Nationals Employment Act (“Off. Gazette of RS”, No. 128/2014, 113/2017, 50/2018 and 31/2019) and the Rulebook on work permits for employment (“Off. Gazette of RS”, No. 63/2018, 56/2019 and 84/2022).

The Rulebook on Work Permits (“Official Gazette of the RS”, no. 63/2018, 56/2019 and 84/2022) prescribes in more detail the method of issuing or extending a work permit, the process of proving the fulfilment of the conditions and the required evidence for issuing, i.e. extension of the work permit and the form and content of the work permit.

A foreigner who shall be employed in the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the Law on Employment of Foreign Citizens have the same rights and obligations in terms of work, employment and self-employment as the citizens of the Republic of Serbia.

Employment of a foreign national is carried out under the condition that he possesses a visa for a longer stay based on employment, temporary residence approval, or permanent residence and work permit unless otherwise provided by the Foreign Nationals Employment Act (“Off.
