Pharmacy institution

Organizing and performing pharmacy activities in the Republic of Serbia is performed following the Law on Health Care Protection (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 25/2019), the law governing health insurance, the law governing drugs and the law governing medical devices, as well as the Guide to Good Pharmacy Practice, issued by the Pharmaceutical Chamber of Serbia, with the consent of the Minister.

The Law on Health Care Protection (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 25/2019), among other things, regulates the concept of pharmacy activity, activities that include pharmacy activity, as well as forms of organization that shall perform pharmacy activity.

Conditions for export and import of weapons and military equipment provision of brokerage services and technical assistance

The Law on Export and Import of Arms and Military Equipment (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 107/2014) regulates the manner and conditions under which the export and import of arms and military equipment, the provision of brokerage services and technical assistance, transport and transit arms and military equipment, prescribe the procedures for issuing permits and authorizations of the competent authorities in the implementation of this Law and prescribe penalties for violations of the provisions of this Law.

Export and import of arms and military equipment and provision of brokerage services and technical assistance in terms of the Law on Export and Import of Arms and Military Equipment (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 107/2014), is carried out based on a permit from the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia. Securities

Securities are written certificates by which their issuer assumes a duty to fulfill the obligation inscribed in such certificate to its legal owner.

Securities must contain the following essential constitutive elements:

  • designation as to the kind of securities
  • indication of the firm, or name and registered office and/or name and domicile of the issuer of securities
  • indication of the firm or title, or name of the person to whom, or at whose order, securities are made out, or a designation that securities are made out to its bearer
  • exact designation of the obligation of the issuer resulting from the securities
  • indication of the place and date of issue of the securities, and in case of securities issued in series, their serial number
  • signature of the issuer of the securities, or the facsimile of signature of the issuer of securities issued in series.
