Contract law
The law office of Dragana Lj. Representation before the Republic Geodetic Authority
Based on the Agreement on access and use of the e-FrontDesk system of the Republic Geodetic Authority, which I concluded with the Republic Geodetic Authority, I was given access to the e-FrontDesk to submit a request to the Republic Geodetic Authority in the form of an electronic document, for registration in the cadastre of immovable property and the cadastre of infrastructure and underground objects and for issuing data from the cadastre of immovable property and the cadastre of infrastructural and underground objects following the Law on the Procedure for Enrollment in the Real Estate Cadastre and infrastructure cadastre.
Collection of receivables
Collection of receivables includes legal services related to securing the collection of receivables (mortgage, pledge, etc.) and representing clients in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings for collecting monetary and non-monetary receivables and debts.
Extrajudicial collection of claims implies:
- sending a reminder to the debtor indicating the amount of the claim, the basis of the claim and leaving an additional deadline for acting on the reminder,
- negotiations with the debtor on a proposal for repayment of the debt in instalments or a specific modality of repayment of the debt,
- agreeing on the regulation of liabilities/out-of-court settlement.
Collection of claims of foreign creditors (non-residents) in the Republic of Serbia
I provide comprehensive legal support to foreign companies (non-residents) in out-of-court and court proceedings for the collection of claims from debtors in Serbia, which includes representation of foreign companies (non-residents) in procedures for opening and closing a non-resident account in Serbia, assigning and deleting a tax identification number, etc.
